Car rental July

Perfect service! Vanessa saved us from the cheaters in the next office (Italy Car Rent, who just stole our money). SRC was perfect for 4 days with a Citroen C3 2018 - 126 EUR with VAT. They returned the 1000 eur deposit later. Thanks to her for all and for her kindness!

No issues with SRC - hired a small car one way from Catania to Palermo. Easy pickup, car was clean and easy to drive, and drop-off was seamless. Deposit was refunded within 48 hours.

Everything went very quickly and efficiently. The service man was very nice and helpful, the car was very pleasant to drive. The price was also ok. I have no objections.

Renting a car has never been this fun! Selene was absolutely fantastic—she helped us sort out a mistake we made in our booking at check-in and made the whole process so enjoyable. The car was excellent, the price was fair, and the overall experience was top-notch. When we returned the car, we were running late for our flight, and once again, Selene was there to check us out quickly and efficiently. Truly outstanding service! We chose a convenient option to rent the car in Catania and return in Milazzo. We like the long operating hours of the office, unlike some other car rent companies. Maria-Rita and Gabriele were very kind, helpful with finding a good place to eat, also told us so much great info about each Aeolian Island. Grazie Mille, we will rent from SRC again

I'm very satisfied with SRC service. Kind staff, which provided helpful tips about places to see on the island. The car was clean and in good condition. I took full protection option and car return was very simple, fast and without any problems.

Believe the positive reviews as we had a great experience renting from SRC. The car was practically new with good amenities like car play for Apple Maps integration. Ginliano and Nicola were extremely friendly upon delivery and return of the car. I had to return the car a day late and SRC did not even charge me for being out of contract for a day as it was still within the 24 hour period. I would recommend SRC to my friends if they visit Sicily. Thank you to the team at SRC!!

Exceptional service...! I would highly recommend SCR company for renting a car in Sicily, they're very proffesional and fast. We had great experience with extraordinary GIORGIA who was extremely kind and a true friend. Beside their professional engagement, I must praise them because when we booked a regular car, they gave us free upgrade with much better vehicle. Daniel and Carmelo did an amazing job, they were very flexible with us and the car was in a perfect condition - we even got an automatic one although we did not book it (can highly recommend for the Sicilian mountain streets). We would always book again with you when we come back to Sicily!

We found out a bit late that we wanted to rent a car. Luckily they found a car for us on Sunday with next day pick up. Contract was signed and paid for in 10 minutes max. We picked up the car at 8:30 on Monday, Davide helped us with everything. We returned it in the evening, Daniel met us, did a quick check of the car and then we did the paperwork. The best place in Palermo for Car Rental. I highly recommend this places, specially this office, the whole team is very professional and help you with everything you need to have the best car rental experience.

Overall experience was great (picked up and dropped off from Pisa Airport). Received a new car, very clean and comfortable. The process to pick up the car was fast and professional. Returning the car was just the same, no hidden fees and no taking advantage of young drivers. The staff member inspected the car with me present, everything was fine with no cheeky attempts to claim damage or anything like that. Would recommend.
